Welcome to Stellar Good Time! Here’s everything you need to know about how your vintage jewels are packed, shipped, and paid for.
Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.
- Carrier & Rates: We ship within the U.S. only at this time via USPS, with rates automatically calculated at checkout based on package size, delivery type, and destination location. All orders are shipped from Richmond, VA.
- Tracking & Insurance: Every package includes tracking and insurance for peace of mind. Orders over $300 also require signature confirmation to keep your jewels safe and sound.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. Each piece is vintage and preloved—its patina and character are part of what makes it one-of-a-kind.
I do my best to describe every item honestly and in detail, and I’m always happy to share additional photos or answer questions before you buy. If something arrives and I’ve truly misrepresented it, I’ll absolutely work to make it right.
Payment
- Accepted Methods: We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay/Google Pay.
- Payment Timing: Full payment is required at checkout.
- All transactions are processed securely, and your payment information is never stored on our servers.
