This vintage circa 1980's beauty features a solid 18K yellow gold band set with a marquise-cut rich, red ruby in the center of the setting and two small round-cut diamonds flanking the stone. The band is reminiscent of an evil-eye design, with a fun twist to the band connecting each edge of the settings on different sides.
